On receipt of Pre-Arrival documents, the consignments details, customs information and delivery schedule will be input into our system, pending the goods arrival into the United Kingdom

Once the goods are checked-in to the UK air/sea port, the customs information provided within the pre-alerted documentation will be uploaded to the UK Customs CHIEF system

Once customs clear the cargo, one of our in-house, experienced and reliable trucking operatives will be dispatched to collect the shipment from the UK port of arrival, swiftly, safely and responsibly

Should the cargo need to be split down and organised into multiple delivery points, it will be done at our main depot, minutes away from LHR, and will be dispatched to it's final delivery point

Upon delivery to the consignment's destination, the Proof of Delivery documents will be signed for by the operative at the depot, and sent to your organisation, along with any additional documents.
